William G. Glasscock

Biography
William joined the Goldman & Peterson team as an associate attorney in May of 2024. He was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and attended Churchill High School. Following high school, William graduated from the University of Evansville in Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in History and Political Science. While receiving his undergraduate degree, William competed on the University’s NCAA Division I swim team, receiving a full athletics scholarship. During his tenure at the University of Evansville, William was named on the Dean’s List and the Mid-American Conference’s Athletic Academic Honor Roll. Upon graduating, William pursued his law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law. At SIU, he was the recipient of the Joel and Irene Dell ‘Era Scholarship and was a student member of The National LGBTQ Bar Association.
While in law school, William served as a research assistant for the Williamson County, IL State’s Attorney where he aided with the research and drafting of an article that was published in the SIU Law Journal titled, “Conflict and Confusion: The Legal and Constitutional Landscape of Purchasing a Firearm in the Wake of Illinois’ Legalization of Cannabis.” Prior to joining the Goldman & Peterson team, William worked as a family law and insurance defense attorney. William was licensed to practice law in Missouri and Texas in 2021.
When not in the office, William enjoys fitness by swimming and weightlifting. He also enjoys cooking, and spending time with his niece and nephews.
